Rhonda uses daily short fasting schedules. This means you only eat for about three to four hours each day and no more than five. This is perfect for when you’re rushing to work, work late, or are sick. It’s Fasted.

When you’re eating for about five hours per day, it’s tough to lose weight. It’s hard to turn off hunger signals when your body is hungry. You need a regular eating schedule to not eat over again so frequently.

Rhonda’s fast is actually 15 to 20 hours (depending on how hard you can push yourself). It’s like 12 days of rest. During that time you take five walks per day, take one hour to eat dinner and two hours to go to bed, and go to bed at 5 p.m.

After you complete your five-hour fast, you combine your evening meals with morning meals. During Rhonda, you take two hours to eat every meal, except breakfast. Rhonda is always 14 to 15 hours from sunrise to sunset.

Rhonda is based on weeknights and weekends. You don’t have to restrict yourself from eating every three days.

Heat the coconut milk and honey together in a small saucepan and heat over medium heat. When the coconut milk is boiling, add the vanilla extract. Turn off the heat and whisk in the coconut milk mixture until smooth. Stir in the cocoa powder and allow the mixture to cool.

As she explains it, her RNCs, which are different every year, are all considered different divisions. It doesn’t really matter how many people attend these events; it just depends on the number of people who attended her last one.

“There’s only one type of medicine that you can take: Organic medicine,” she said. “I have never taken a drug that you can take without any side effects.

“A lot of the companies put poison in it. It’s got nothing to do with medicine, other than they put poison in it. A lot of these over-the-counter drugs have a lot of sugar in them, and I don’t like those. I don’t like those drugs at all.”

“If you look at a lot of the stuff I do, like protein shakes, and they put toxins in there, it’s not natural,” Rhonda said.

“So my people come over, they are healthy, and they like it. Then I give them my supplements, and they are like, ‘Did you really create this? I’m not going to take this anymore!'”

Are Rhonda’s Patrick Supplement Stack healthy for long-term health?

Rhonda says her digestive system is naturally healthier than most, but when it comes to hormones, she is not as healthy as those of average Americans.

As she explained in an earlier interview, Rhonda is a vegan and highly practices certain health practices with her own vegan diets, but there’s nothing in the vegan diet that can stand in the way of an effective hormone supplement.

“I think you are going to have, in a healthy person, from a physiological standpoint, a healthy amount of hormones. But from a physical standpoint, there’s only so much you can take away. If you are just taking it for your hormones, and you are not utilizing other supplements, then you are actually hurting your body.”
