RCGP Trainee ePortfolio Version 6.3 Release Notes

The RCGP is pleased to announce that Version 6.3 of the Trainee ePortfolio is now live as of Monday 19 March 2012.
 
This is a minor release which includes the following updates:

ARCP Form –

• Added contextual guidelines regarding mandatory text fields

Educational Supervisors Report (ESR) –

• Added contextual guidelines regarding mandatory fields.
• Set the default rating for the professional competence as ‘blank’.

Admin –

• Disabled the ‘create new user’ button where potential duplicate entries are detected.
• Amended the training event option to validate the date fields.
• Fixed a bug where Trainees on their last day in post were not being listed.
• Fixed a bug for archived Trainees.
• Tweaked the reports ‘Trainees not currently assigned to ES, Trainers or both’ and ‘Trainees with ARCP results’ to allow for exceptions in the data.
• Updated ‘Trainees by Deanery’ report to include NTN number.
• Updated the report ‘Trainees with ARCP results’ to include those without a current post.
• Added report to display unsatisfactory ARCP codes.

Skills Log –

• Updated the upload options for site consistency.
• Bug fix on character count.

Messaging –

• Added ‘BCC’ feature to messaging.
• ‘Compose’ template will revert to blank after saving a message to draft.

General –

• Inserted the NTN number on the summary page.

• Updated the PDP to display only active entries by default.

• PDP – entries are listed in reverse chronological order.
• Corrected the url in the pdf handout for PSQ forms.
• Updated the Posts display for evidence submitted on the first date of the post.
• Calendar date manual entry updated for consistency in Learning Log.
• Fixed a bug for entering apostrophes on the evidence forms.
• Fixed a link ‘Return to list’ in the enquiries option.
• Tweaks to existing navigation in Learning Logs.
