RCGP ePortfolio Version 4.2 Release Notes

 

26 April 2010 Update

 

The ePortfolio has been updated to Version 4.2. This update was mainly aimed at improvements to the ARCP process. Details as follows

 

  • ARCP Panel Group – It is now possible for Deanery Admins to create Groups of panel members that can be added all at once to ARCP forms
  • ARCP Form Outcomes – 2 new outcomes have been added to distinguish between Clinical and Academic Trainees. Also all Article 11 Trainees should now be given outcome 6 as their final outcome. Any Final ARCP forms created for Article 11 Trainees from this release date should select this as the correct outcome. If not, they may not be accepted by the GMC’s Certification Unit.
  • ARCP Form Print Bug – The ARCP pdf has been cleaned up to remove blank pages appearing when printed.
  • Reports – 5 new reports have been added for Deanery Administrators.
